
The driving course for restoration of the right to drive is conducted under Article 157 of the Road Traffic Act (where a driving licence has been revoked due to the deduction of all penalty points).
- You must complete 1 test consisting of 45 questions.
- The time allowed is 40 minutes.
- Different questions have different numbers of correct answers, with a maximum score of 97 points.
- To receive a “Pass” result, you must score between 87 and 97 points on the test.
There are three exams:
- First exam – theory – external exam conducted by the Executive Agency “Automobile Administration” (Ministry of Transport).
- Second exam – practical driving test – external exam conducted by the Executive Agency “Automobile Administration” (Ministry of Transport).
The practical driving test is conducted in urban traffic conditions and lasts a minimum of 25 minutes.
Requirements and Documents
Psychological assessment – original and copy.
Diploma for primary, secondary, or higher education (depending on the level of education you have completed) – copy.
Medical certificate confirming physical fitness for Category B.
Traffic Police / Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior order for the revocation of the driving licence, issued by the relevant registration authority (certified as having completed the period of disqualification) – original and copy.
The requirements for both exams (theory and practical) are the same as those for Category B students.
